CF "Your Support" is one of the largest humanitarian foundations in Ukraine. We provide assistance to war-affected children and people in Ukraine. Bucha district is a de-occupied territory. It was on this land that the russian army committed more than 9,000 war crimes in 2022, resulting in the deaths of 1,700 civilians. In particular, about 700 people were killed in Bucha. After the liberation of the territory, mass graves with mutilated bodies of women, children and men were discovered.
Women and children who have experienced war often suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or other psychological problems related to stress and trauma. They may have low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, alienation, difficulty establishing social connections, and other psychological problems. If left untreated, these problems will have a negative impact on the child's future, their personal development, learning ability and education, ability to build relationships, etc.
Charitable Foundation "Your Support" is opening a center for psychological rehabilitation and psychosocial support for children and women, which will be a place to provide professional psychological assistance based on a person-centered approach and the development of comprehensive solutions. Programs for children, adolescents and women will include innovative methods and approaches to improve their psychological and physical health, activities on sex education for children and parents, etc.
Long-term positive changes in the lives of children and women in the Bucha district through the provision of psycho-emotional relief and psychological assistance, their harmonious development, psychological resilience and the ability to discover and achieve their potential regardless of the negative circumstances caused by the war.
