This project will help children who have been orphaned, abandoned, or rejected find hope, dignity and purpose. How? Through our Children's Home. We take children in from unspeakable situations and give them a loving home where they feel comfortable & safe enough to be that - children. The Home gives them stability in all areas of life - a newfound family, friends, education, daily meals & a bed to sleep at night. Every child deserves a chance at life & we provide that through the Children'sHome.
There are currently hundreds of children sleeping tonight without a bed, a blanket or a family. These children come from the slums of Bali and their families have different backgrounds broken homes, night workers, single-parent families, beggers, rubbish pickers and poverty. When surviving is the goal, sometimes surviving as a parent yourself is all you can manage. This sends kids into a whirlwind of hurt, abandonment and just completely lost at what to do. This problem is all over Bali.
Bali Life Foundation provides nutritious meals, a comfortable bed and a family to homeless children. We do this by giving them an education, daily meals and friends. Our goal is for them not only to survive but to be able to dream. Whilst we ultimately want all children to grow up with their parents, sometimes it's not the safest option. We believe stepping into to support the families and care for the child is the best way to set the child on a path of a good future for them.
Growing and empowering these children to become independent, responsible and compassionate citizens who can influence change in their own community, in Bali, in the nation of Indonesia and throughout the world.
