Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide emergency assistance to 10 vulnerable families facing significant economic hardship in rural Uganda. Many households continue to struggle with rising living costs, unpredictable incomes, and limited access to essential resources needed to support their families.

Through your generosity, Development Alert distributed food supplies, hygiene materials, clothing, bedding, and other basic household necessities to families identified through community assessments as being among the most vulnerable. Priority was given to elderly caregivers, child-headed households, people living with disabilities, widows, and families caring for orphaned children.

The assistance brought immediate relief to households that had been struggling to meet their daily needs. Parents shared that they could now provide regular meals for their children, while elderly beneficiaries expressed gratitude for receiving practical support that restored their dignity and reduced anxiety about survival.

Your kindness represents much more than emergency assistance. It reminds vulnerable families that they are not forgotten and that compassionate people continue to stand beside them during difficult times.
