Dear Supporters,
Diakassan has great news to share:
She has just been selected to represent Mali at the African Championship of Fencing! She started the training camp this week. On June 24 she will compete as an individual and on a team. Wish her luck!
Diakassan also did superbly well in school this year. In Mali, students must pass a Final Exam at the end of year. Diakassan has done so well that she's been exempt from the Final Exam and is passing to the 8th grade with the stellar overall grade of 16 out of 20.
We thank you for supporting Diakassan and ask that you please share her story with others. ACFA needs only $3000/year to provide her with a safe home, food, clothing, education, and sports. Do you know someone who could contribute $20 for her care?
