Help Educate 40 Bright Girls in Lesotho

I hope you all made the best of this year's festive season despite the necessary restrictions brought about by the coronavirus pandemic.

There is not much to report just now, but it gives me great pleasure to have this chance to thank you again for your generosity. Despite the unprecedented circumstances, 2020 has been a year of yet another successful partnership between you and the Educare-funded girls and their families. The partnership is particularly special given the challenges brought about by the pandemic. With your help, we would have seen another 16 girls complete high school this year. Due to the pandemic, the final high-school exams have had to be postponed to March 2021, with the results not appearing until two to three months after that. We are still hopeful that in spite of this the young women will manage to successfully finish high school. Your generous donations through the year, especially during the month of December, ensure that Educare Fund will be in a position to meet potential extra funding requirements due to this extension to the girls' completion year.

I would like to express a special thank-you to those of you who supported Educare Fund for the first time this year. We feel really privileged that, from among the many worthy causes, you chose to invest in our project.

2020 has been exceptionally difficult for everyone. As we approach the new year, we dare to hope that 2021 will be much brighter.
