Dear project supporters,

Thanks in part to your ongoing support, the staff and students were able to move into their new school building in January. A week prior to the opening of the new building, the principal, teachers and other staff members transported and unpacked supplies at the school.  It was a time of sheer excitement for all involved.  During the first week of classes at the new school, the pupils drew their favorite pictures on the classroom walls; several examples can be seen in the photos below.

The students completed their first semester on March 9th.  The pupils’  report cards were sent to their parents, with almost all the pupils having satisfactory grades. The end of the semester was also celebrated with the students engaging in fun outdoor activities.

The school looks forward to making even more improvements such as landscaping, completing the fencing around the building, and purchasing and installing playground equipment.  With your ongoing support, we are excited to continue to aid the school in making the improvements they still need.  You have truly made a lasting difference for these children!

With great appreciation,
Amy
