Edwin Cadena deserves a second chance. He has always dreamed of becoming a Systems Engineer but his first big challenge was how to pay for college, given that his family couldn't afford his higher education. Yet, if he doesn't finish his career on time he is liable for more than $17.500, which he couldn't pay back in a lifetime should he not graduate; and he will have to forego his dream forever.
