LabAcademy is a social innovation project that aims to empower 100 youth across Morocco generate income from learning digital entrepreneurial skills. Hosted in Digital Houses, the program connects young people to innovation, technology, and leadership opportunities helping them shape a more inclusive digital future.
Unemployment in Morocco represents a major social and economic challenge. According to the High Commission for Planning (HCP), the national unemployment rate reached 13.3% in early 2025, while youth unemployment surged to 37.7%. Over the past two decades, youth unemployment has remained consistently high, limiting young people's access to opportunity. Many lack digital skills, mentorship, and inclusive learning spaces, leaving thousands unprepared for the jobs of the future.
LabAcademy provides youth with practical digital skills, entrepreneurship training, and mentorship to improve their employability. Through Digital Houses and TitritApp, participants learn coding, AI basics, creativity, and project management while co-creating solutions to community challenges. By connecting youth with professionals and innovation ecosystems, the program transforms training into real economic opportunity.
abAcademy will build a generation of digitally skilled, confident Moroccan youth ready for the future of work. By expanding Digital Houses and national mentorship networks, the project strengthens community resilience and economic inclusion. Graduates join a growing learning ecosystem on TitritApp, accessing continuous training, networking, and opportunities, contributing to a long-term reduction in youth unemployment and a more innovative, equitable Morocco.
