This project will consist of the distribution of school materials to 100 girls aged 5-12 in two community schools in Bainet, Haiti. School materials are precious supports to promote the primary education of young girls in order to spare them from domestic work, prostitution, sexual debauchery during their youngest ages. In rural Haiti, the education of poor girls should be a priority because several thousand children do not have access to education. Thank you in advance for your Donation.
In rural areas, the socio-economic conditions of parents are alarming, they live on produce from their gardens and on less than $ 2 / day. They have no wages and are unable to take care of their children's education. Dozens of girls ages 5-12 are unable to go to school and those who leave go empty-handed without school supplies. As a result, their education is perceived as a shortfall due to their use as labor for domestic work and are prone to engage in prostitution during their youngest ages.
In the project area, we plan to solve this problem for 100 girls as follows: -Distribution of various school materials, educational games, shoes and uniforms for children. -Payment of annual tuition fees for the poorest In fact, 1 in 3 child girls is deprived of their right to education in rural Haiti. This project will help prioritize quality primary education for girls with the aim of significantly reducing juvenile delinquency and allowing children to have a place in society.
This project will enable 100 young girls to receive a quality primary education and will also contribute to the reduction of domestic work, juvenile delinquency and early sexual relations among children. This project will also support the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals by promoting primary education while educating more girls and boys than ever and lastly to fight poverty because education is so worth the nation .
