Sierra Leone has one of the highest infant and child mortality rates in the world and one of the lowest literacy rates. We operate a children's home, school and medical clinic in Sierra Leone that provides children with food, an education and medical care - preparing them for the future and keeping them healthy.
The children in All As One's direct care and those outside our gates who also need help, are given a chance to go to school along with vitamins and preventative medicines each day.
