Shaymal (anonymous) is a children with disabilities in our working area at Balurgram , Dewangonj upazilla under Jamalpur district northern Part of Bangladesh

On the date of 09^th December 2022 Our Organizations worker refer for therapy services Centre at Jamalpur district hospital for their ability increase to ensure health services, They are addressing re-assessment and need Diagnosis for treatment their Physical improvement and Medicine support to the Children. But His parents very much tensions feels with their child health because home is far distance from urban medical Centre. Parents are illiterate and care less and not aware about their treatment and also suffers from inferiority complex. Her parents are very poor day labor and Mother is house wife. Her parents cannot bear any cost of the health services like therapeutically services & medicine. So He needs support to General health services on doctor’s fee, diagnosis cost, Medicine and others related health in order to make them physically and emotionally capable to lead a successful life.

We wants together collectively support to the children they will help for their health services. Parents are explain their feeling “We are not affording expenses so it is free from money expenses from the organizational services. It is helpful for our families and we are grateful”.

If we are support to health services on Doctors fee, Diagnosis cost, Medicine and others related health in order to make them physically and emotionally capable to lead a successful life. Overall health would be ensured to create a healthier society.

Parents are illiterate and care less and not aware about their treatment and also suffers from inferiority complex. As a result they have no accesses to health services from medical Centre.

On the date of 15^th august 2022 Our Organizations worker conducted Mobile therapy services Camp for their ability increase to ensure health services, we are addressing re-assessment and need Diagnosis for treatment their Physical improvement and Medicine support to the Children. He have need grants for ensure referral services for advanced treatment of general health. Under the services numbers of 60 (sixty) children received medicine support from our program.

We wants together collectively support to the children they will help for their health services. Parents are explain their feeling “We are not affording expenses so it is free from money expenses from the organizational services. It is helpful for our families and we are grateful”. If we are support to health services on Doctors fee, Diagnosis cost, Medicine and others related health in order to make them physically and emotionally capable to lead a successful life.
