Challenge

Covid-19 and high inflation have doubled the rate of poverty in Nigeria. Most parents lost their jobs and find it difficult to feed and pay their children school fees. Many children have dropped out of school due to poverty, expecially GIRLS. Parents can niether pay school fees, nor buy books, sandals, text books, pens, pencils, school bag and uniform. Idleness and constant abuse can push a teenage girl into early/forced marriage, street hawking, early pregnancy, prostitution and drug abuse.

Solution

This project will Provide school fees and basic school essentials for 200 vulnerable and less privileged teenage girls. And also means of transportation for pupils who live far from the school. This project will bring a big relief to parents who lost their jobs. And will put a smile on a teenage girls face who will become a leader of tomorrow. This will also prevent early marriage, street hawking and transactional sex in a bid of looking for school fees. Please lend a HELPING HAND.

Long-Term Impact

This project will produce over 200 great, powerful and educated women, who are great leaders and entrepreneurs. It will reshape the nature of girl child's education and reduce the negative effect and views reguarding educating a GIRL CHILD in Africa. An educated woman is an Asset. If a Woman is educated, the whole nation will benefit.
