Most of our classes came to an end in Nov. as December is a difficult time to run courses with both volunteers and learners busy with Christmas plans. We had a volunteer appreciation night at our shop in Camden Street in mid-December which was well attending and enjoyed by all. Our CEO Robin Webster present certificates of appreciation to all the volunteers and we had a free raffle with some great prizes for the volunteers.
After a well-deserved break over Christmas it was back to running classes in Jan. As you can imagine, due to many older people getting laptops from Santa, the phones were ringing hot with inquiries and our waiting lists have grown again. We started classes in mid Jan and we will be back to a full class schedule by the end of Jan.
