Our model emphasizes the importance of a favorable environment for child development, hence the importance of the integration of families in the school life of their children and the sustainable development of communities so that they are safe, accessible and free of poverty.
The public Montessori model in PR continues to grow, and for this new school year three (3) public schools are integrated; serving a total of 49 Montessori schools that serve low poverty populations on the island. This project will be implemented in 16 schools in 14 municipalities.
