Dear Supporter,
Across Ukraine, families are still living in displacement. At the Kamianske Refugee Camp, many families fled the Donbass region years ago, when their homes were first destroyed — even before the full-scale war began.
Now, they are still there, living in container-like shelters and praying for peace.
Every time the sirens wail, children flinch. Fear returns.
“Will another bomb destroy this shelter too?”
Some wake in the night crying — haunted not just by noise, but by memory, trauma, and the weight of an uncertain future.
And yet — in the middle of this heartbreak — you are bringing hope.
Thanks to your donations, children receive emotional support and the healing power of creativity. In these camps, Iryna’s workshops have become a safe haven. Through art, storytelling, and play, she helps children forget the war, the sirens, the silence of loss — and remember what it feels like to be children again.
She gives them positivity and hope, gently guiding their hearts and minds toward brighter days.
Your support is more than a donation.
It’s a lifeline.
It’s the reason children can smile again — even in a war zone.
Thank you for standing with us.
Together, we are giving hope where it’s needed most.
With deep gratitude,
– ChildAid to Eastern Europe
