Many girls, boys, teenagers, teachers, and parents gathered at the Remansito community center to keep alive a very local tradition: chipa apo! (translated from the Guaraní language, it means "making chipa").
Chipa is a type of bread made with cassava starch, butter, eggs, milk, and lot of cheese. It can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack, or at any time of day.
This chipa apo was replicated in various areas of the community with families who are part of the Remansito neighborhood centers.
Participants shared a space filled with aromas, laughter, and teamwork, as part of our Holy Week celebrations.
