Thanks to your generous contributions, we successfully launched the Advanced Tailoring and Garment Design Training Program to empower women-led households with the tools they need for sustainable entrepreneurship.
Throughout the training, participants gained both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced tailoring techniques. They learned vital skills such as accurate measurements, basic plan drawing, sleeve design, cutting methods, and pants design. Each woman created a personalized project tailored to her own aspirations—fostering creativity, confidence, and practical application of new skills.
At the end of the program, participants received startup tool kits to help them begin their own tailoring businesses. This initiative not only strengthened their technical expertise but also empowered them to contribute to their households and communities, paving the way for greater economic independence and collaboration among women in the garment industry.
