We are pleased to share an exciting update made possible through your generosity and continuous belief in our mission.
Freedom Jasmine Organization has successfully completed a Solar Energy Installation Training Program for 15 women in Idlib, equipping them with valuable technical skills and expanding their opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.
Over the course of eight comprehensive sessions, participants received both theoretical and hands-on training designed to build real, applicable expertise in renewable energy:
Theoretical Training Included:
Introduction to solar energy systems
Main components and functions
Safety procedures and installation standards
Basic electrical principles
Practical Training Covered:
Installing and wiring solar panels
Assembling system components
Troubleshooting common issues
Testing and operating complete systems
This program empowered women with foundational skills in solar technology—skills that can open pathways to small-scale employment, strengthen household resilience, and help support energy solutions within their communities.
