We are pleased to share an update on our ongoing initiative to empower human rights activists in Turkey through a series of four comprehensive legal awareness sessions. This program is designed to provide participants with the essential legal knowledge and practical tools they need to navigate complex challenges and better serve vulnerable communities.
The sessions focus on key topics that directly impact human rights work, including:
Understanding Refugee Rights
Legal Frameworks for Human Rights Advocacy
Access to Justice
Legal Tools for Effective Advocacy
Each session is delivered in an interactive format, encouraging participants to engage in open discussions, share real-life experiences, and explore practical solutions to the legal obstacles they encounter in their work. The sessions are facilitated by qualified legal experts who offer guidance, case-based insights, and actionable advice.
By the end of this training series, activists will be better equipped to defend rights, address legal challenges with confidence, and support their communities more effectively. This initiative reflects our commitment to strengthening the capacity of human rights defenders and building a more informed, resilient civil society in Turkey.
