Dear Supporter,
Thanks to your generous contributions, a new group of 22 women began their journey of healing and recovery in Daraya at the start of May.
Some of these women had been displaced within Syria. Others had returned from outside the country. Each one arrived carrying her own story, her own pain, and her own hope of rebuilding a more stable life.
The first session focused on the foundations of mental health in everyday life. Together, the women explored what mental health truly means, how emotions affect our decisions and relationships, and why understanding those emotions can help a person move through life with more awareness and strength.
From the beginning, the group engaged openly. The discussion moved naturally between learning and personal reflection, creating a safe space where women could speak, listen, and begin reconnecting with themselves and one another.
This work is possible because of you.
Your support is not only funding sessions. It is helping women rebuild confidence, regain emotional balance, and find solid ground again after years of displacement, uncertainty, and loss.
Thank you for standing with them.
With your continued compassion, more women will have the chance to heal, grow, and take the first steps toward a more hopeful future.
With gratitude,
