Dear Supporter,
Thanks to your generous support, 26 women gathered on May 6th in Daraya for the largest session of the May cycle.
A full room brought full energy. From the beginning, the women were engaged, present, and ready to participate. The session focused on mental health awareness and emotional recognition, using interactive activities that encouraged everyone to reflect, speak, and listen.
The diversity in the room made the discussion especially meaningful. Women of different ages, different displacement histories, and different family situations came together, each bringing her own perspective and lived experience. This created a conversation that was honest, layered, and deeply real.
Movement activities helped bring the group together physically before the conversation moved into deeper emotional reflection. By the time the women began the practical activity of naming and rating emotions, the room was fully present.
For many participants, this was more than a training session. It was a chance to recognize what they were feeling, understand it without shame, and hear that other women were carrying similar struggles.
Your contribution made this possible.
You are helping create safe spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, find their voices, and rebuild emotional strength after years of displacement and uncertainty.
Thank you for standing with them.
With gratitude,
