The women entered the room as participants—but they left beginning to see themselves as trainers.

During the session, they practiced facilitation skills, participatory learning methods, and ways to create safe and supportive learning environments.

Each participant designed and delivered a short presentation, received structured feedback, and learned the difference between simply sharing information and truly helping others learn.

As the women presented and supported one another, the atmosphere in the room changed.

They were no longer only receiving knowledge.

They were preparing to pass it on.
