Dear Valued Donor,
Sometimes, the greatest impact happens in the smallest rooms.
On June 28 in Daraya, 15 women came together for the first session of Group 13 in our legal awareness program.
Because the group was small, the conversation became more personal and more meaningful.
The women had the space to speak openly about their own experiences, ask questions without hesitation, and connect the discussion on reparations and legal rights directly to the realities they live every day.
No one had to compete to be heard.
What began as a legal awareness session became something deeper: a safe space for women to understand their rights, share their concerns, and receive guidance relevant to their own circumstances.
Individual consultations were also available after the session, although much of that personal support had already begun naturally during the discussion itself.
Your support makes spaces like this possible.
Through your generosity, women affected by years of conflict can gain not only legal knowledge, but also the confidence to ask questions, understand their options, and make more informed decisions for themselves and their families.
Thank you for standing with women in Daraya and helping ensure that every voice has the opportunity to be heard.
With heartfelt appreciation,
