Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for supporting our initiative helping terminally-ill patients. We are trying our very best to help terminally-ill patients who are sometimes left to fend for themselves without help from kins and or neighbors. This is so true in very poor communities because resources are very scarce and neighbors have difficulty sharing what they do not have. During this reporting period we conducted home visits to patients and their families that we have assisted in the past in order to see their conditions as well as to provide what assistance we could provide. We will continue to do this in the coming months and we hope for your continuing support. Terminally-ill patients are indeed very disadvantaged and vulnerable. Thank you so much.
