Dear Friends,
I would like to thank you very warmly for your sensitivity and quick reaction when the volcano in D.R. Congo erupted. Many people then lost their homes. The people, especially children were deeply frightened. In the first hours and days, we went to the border between Congo and Rwanda with missionaries, brought food and clothes for the people and we were trying to give them hope. Some people were taken to Rwanda, to Kinoni, to the missionary parish to live there safely for some time until the eruption stopped. For our help, we haven't gathered a lot of money, but every pond is precious. We are very grateful to you, we could pay for food for the people and some petrol to be able to bring our help.
Thank you!
