This is to inform you that the building project we have embarked on together with you has gone far. As of the time of writing this report, we have progressed to the level where we need to do reinforced concrete floor level. Work is still in progress. However, the increasing prices of building materials have increased to the level where we need large funds to help complete the project. We need iron rods, and slats for carpentry work, nails, sand, gravel, water, and workmanship for workers and laborers.
We are therefore calling on all and sundry to help finish the project. We cannot stop where we are now and we cannot go back as well. Progressing of the project is all that is needed now. If care is not taken and funds are not available to complete the work it will serve as a death trap for children and passersby and eventually can cause a problem and waste of resources.
