Dear Whisper’s friends,
here we are again thanking you for supporting Whisper.
Only in the month of June we have given 249 children blood transfusion. That is 249 Children’s lives saved!
On average we receive 60-80 units of blood every week from the Jinja Blood Bank.
We still support and help facilitate their transport to Nakasero (cca 83km from Jinja) 2x a week for blood screening and we alsp employ their three blood technicians, as well as provide their lunch.
Please continue supporting this extremely important work of the blood bank in Jinja who organize blood donations camps 6 days a week across our region.
Our supports doesn’t help only save lives of the children at Whisper, but it also helps provide blood to many other hospitals in the Busoga region.
We and the whole of the Jinja district really appreciate everyone’s financial help.
