The Permanent Supportive Housing program is an essential solution to chronic homelessness. In Washington, DC, UPO case managers help people rebuild their lives through stability, wraparound services, and a path to self-sufficiency.
Precious Rosser is a resilient and determined mother and grandmother. After facing homelessness and trauma, she made a powerful decision to reclaim control of her life.
Ms. Rosser secured new housing and her dream job in security. She steadily improved her mental health, anger management, parenting skills, and relationships, and now she feels transformed.
We are proud of Ms. Rosser and all of our customers as we help them to become the change agents of their lives.
