Every year 75 million American struggle to afford even basic lifesaving medications or healthcare. As a nonprofit Pharmacy Wholesaler we provide free donated or low cost medications directly to free clinics who care for the medically under-served i.e. children, elderly, veterans, working poor, and homeless populations in the US. - These struggling Americans need help getting the care they need and deserve, but most clinics do not receive the medications they need to supply these patients.
Every year 75 million Americans struggle to afford prescription medications. Every year the price of medications increases, forcing more and more people to decide between lifesaving medications or putting food on their table. Every year more people are uninsured or under-insured and can not afford the lifesaving healthcare or medications they deserve. We will supply meds to free clinics and homeless shelters who care for these struggling Americans so that they can continue their care.
As of now, most free clinics do not receive enough donated medications to help serve their local poor populations. They currently are forced to use already limited funds to purchase those needed medications from big, high markup for-profit wholesalers. Our goal is to collect free donated medications from drug manufacturers and other distributors and also use donated funds to purchase medications direct from manufacturers at lower prices so that we can provide free clinics with these drugs.
As we provide more and more low cost or free medications to these clinics they can use those scarce funds to expand their programs, stay open later or see more patients, and also start new innovative programs to help serve those Americans who can not afford healthcare through standard means. This increases the overall health of the community allowing these patients to focus on their lives, focus on education or career development instead of worrying where their monthly medications will come from
