We believe that no child should be forced to study outside, or in a dangerous environment. With access to a good education, children can escape poverty. We have launched this crowdfunding to reach out to all our friends and Well Wishers to support Silver Springs Secondary School, Kibera Slums, Nairobi, Kenya to have a shade to study. The shelter is unstable, with holes in the ceiling that let the rain in, leaving children cold and wet, and ruining their work. It is in poor condition & dangerous
Kibera is the 2nd biggest slum in the Africa continent, and because of that, Education is not a priority for most families who lives there. However, they have bright and hopeful students. Even without enough facilities like laboratories, libraries, the students fro Kibera School have been doing exemplary well. But when we visited the school structure it was so dangerous, leaking with old Iron sheets. that is why we are reaching other friends like you to support us with one Iron Sheet to help
