Thanks to you at CRAN we can offer to the children who temporarily live with us learning environments so that they acquire tools and develop their potential while recovering their right to have a family that loves and takes care of them forever.

This is the case of learning foreign languages. George, a volunteer who came from the UK to teach English classes, tells us about the happiness of children in their class. They participate in the activities, are eager to learn, and ask many questions about how words and expressions are said in English, for example, how to say "te quiero" (I love you).

Cristina, a seven-year-old girl, tells us she would like to learn Japanese, Chinese, English and French to meet people who speak those languages. "In English we have learned the numbers, greetings, my name is Cristina and I am 7 years old and the meals," she adds.

Pedro, an eight-year-old boy, wants to learn English "to understand people and when we grow up talk like those living in the United States."

Pilar, CRAN's teacher, explains that learning another language increases children's communication, interaction, thinking, expression and reasoning skills. "Understanding other languages will allow them access to different sources of information and knowledge, and they will have a more open attitude."

In the case of children who are adopted by foreign families, learning some expressions in English can facilitate their integration process.

You make all this possible with your contributions!

Thanks to your solidarity and generosity, children have the opportunity to participate in alternative educational activities complementing their regular education.

Thank you for building a better world for everyone!
