DIRECTORS SHIFTING TO THEIR HOUSE

 BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT

Helping the Directors serve better was started to support the Directors’ needs of having a permanent home, to afford school for their children, plus making sure that they can have some income generating activities. The aim was to make sure that the Directors can settle and serve the children instead of looking for jobs outside of AHCM to help them get enough income to support themselves.

We are glad to say that so far, we have been able to move into our home. A lot has not been completed, but the house has been made safe to a certain extent to enable the directors to move in.

The feeling of not being able to worry about rent is so good, and the comfort of having a home brings joy beyond explanations. The children have the freedom to have their dog run around with no interruptions from offended neighbors.

There is still a lot that needs to be done, but we can’t stop thanking God for the progress so far. We will forever be grateful.
