The Kudvumisa CHIPS team travels to impoverished communities in eastern rural Swaziland almost every day. Kudvumisa's two mobile clinics allows CHIPS nurses to see patients right in their community. Many of these people would have no way to get to a clinic and as a result silently suffer with their health problems. Many of the ailments they seek treatment for are easily treatable; it is only access to care that is the problem.
The mobile clinics travel each day to the next community on their rotation schedule. They help the nurses be able to give proper exams in privacy. Seeing to the health needs of a population that is impoverished and isolated is the goal. Swaziland, a nation racked by HIV that still has the highest HIV prevalence rate in the world, needs as much help as it can get to provide access to health care for its mostly rural population.
Kudvumisa’s goal is to reach everyone who needs help and make it as easy as possible for them to receive lifesaving care. Your donations help us achieve that goal. Hundreds are alive today and working to provide for their own needs who would not have been without the care you help make possible.
Please consider what more you can do!
