URGENCY AND IMPORTANCE

Providing permanent respite care in the form of shelter homes is posing a huge challenge worldwide due to the continuous increase in number of severely disabled special children.  The efforts to manage such children have multiplied diametrically as they grow physically, requiring tremendous energy and endless patience.  Parents find it exceedingly frustrating and difficult to manage these children due to the energy sapping physical labour involved.  Due to these difficulties most children are discarded or left to perish.

Balajothi Centre’s proposal to build a residential facility for differently-abled under privileged and orphan children has been on the drawing board for some time now.  It needs large amount of funds to make it a reality. This facility intends to provide life time care, rehabilitation and training to these special children which will enable them to lead a life of dignity and self respect.

Balajothi thanks YOU, DONOR, for your generous and sacrificial donation of $6004.85 against the required goal of $75,000.  This donation speaks volumes of your concern for disabled these children despite the difficulties you faced during the current COVID-19 pandemic, raging all over the world.  We thank you from our hearts and pray you will continue to keep safe indoors.  We thank you for your continued support to this cause.  Please rest assured that every dollar you send is being spent carefully for the entire benefit of such children.

Balajothi thanks GlobalGiving for its role in spreading the need to support the disabled community.  Thank you for your guidance and continuing support through this difficult period.
