Update on ‘Provide a home to 150 special children in India’

(Project #24535 from Balajothi Centre for the Disabled)

Funding goal $75000 / Funds raised to date $14,143.06

Project report due on Aug 11, 2024 / Report sent on Jul 24, 2024

Balajothi thanks YOU, DONOR, for your generous support to this noble project of providing a home to the homeless underprivileged children.  Through your generous  giving we have been able to raise $  14,143.06 to date as against the projected budget of $ 75,000.  We have a long way to fulfill this dream and we hope to reach our destination at the earliest with your continued support.

As announced in our last update we are happy to inform we have opened a branch of Balajothi in KGF, on February 2019 where our rehab programs have commenced.  Several children are receiving the benefits of this branch. The current gated community on Mysore Road will continue to function.

As regards the residential shelter we are visiting various locations to find a suitable place to house the children.  More information will follow in the coming days.

Balajothi thanks GlobalGiving for their continuing support to this noble cause by raising funds from across the globe, even during the pandemic period.  We pray for their safety and well being in their dedicated efforts to bring relief to the needy and underprivileged community.  Thank you GlobalGiving !!
