BALAJOTHI CENTRE FOR THE DISABLED

Project Report on Home for 150 orphaned disabled children in Mysuru, India (Sneha goodu) # 24535

Date of Report : Sept 2, 2017

Report  due on : Sept 4, 2017

At the outset Balajothi thanks all the donors who contributed to support this worthy cause seeking to provide the much needed residential facility for the disadvantaged disabled children.  Against  the projected cost of $ 75,000 we have raised donations of $ 955 to date.

Thank you Donor especially for your selfless donation to realize this much needed facility.

Every one knows the importance of a having a permanent shelter, or home, by whatever name called.  Majority of people pine for a home of their own as it means safety, security and permanency.  As one of the fundamental needs we all strive and work to own a place of our own.  It is sad to know that this basic need can never be fulfilled in the life of a disabled person.  Balajothi is striving to meet this fundamental and  most important  need in the life of such a person, and thus envisioned this project.  In order for the project to move forward and produce effective results of realizing this dream we at Balajothi invite more kind hearted people to come forward and donate generously.

We envisage the process as under :

Acquiring an acre of land                 – phase 1

Fencing and landscaping                -   phase 2

Construction                                     -   phase 3

Equipping                                           -   phase 4

‘ Your home should become a light that illuminates the entire street and community — The Rebbe ‘

Surely, Balajothi’s home for the disabled will be such a light to the disabled community.
