Meraki Home, our safe space for girls at social risk in Buenos Aires, recently welcomed an incredible team of volunteers from PRIAR, Banco Galicia’s volunteering program. With a shared mission to transform the Home, they arrived ready to make a difference. Pencils in one hand and paintbrushes in the other, they created vibrant murals throughout the Home, filling each space with bright colors and joy. One highlight is the stunning hummingbird mural at the entrance, a symbol of hope that now greets everyone who passes by.
We’re Almost There: Help Us Finish the Renovations!
While the volunteers have brought new life to Meraki, our journey isn’t over yet. We need your support to complete the renovations on the first floor, where we plan to create a craft room and common space. This will be a place for the girls to fulfill their dream of having a sewing workshop—a safe, creative environment where they can express themselves. This space will empower the girls to learn valuable skills, like sewing and working with fabric, opening doors to future opportunities and building their confidence. Together, we can make this dream workshop a reality!
How You Can Make a Difference:
We invite our generous donors to be a part of this transformation. Your contribution will help us finish the renovations and provide the girls with the resources they need to grow, learn, and thrive.
A huge thank you to the PRIAR volunteers for their incredible work and to all our supporters. Together, we’re creating a brighter, more vibrant future for the girls at Meraki Home. Let’s keep going!
All the best,
The Mensajeros Family.
