Supporting the elderly with basic needs

Dear Friend,

In rural Uganda, many elderly people face each day with quiet hardship.

With limited support, declining health, and little or no income, even basic needs like food, clothing, and medication become a daily struggle. These are individuals who once cared for families and built communities- yet now, many are left to face old age alone.

But together, we can change that.

Through your support, Development Alert has been able to reach vulnerable elderly individuals with essential care-restoring dignity, comfort, and hope in their later years.

Yet the need remains great.

We invite you to continue supporting the elderly with basic needs-ensuring they have food to eat, clothes to wear, and access to basic healthcare. Your support is more than assistance; it is compassion in action.

Let’s continue this journey together.
