Cristobal is an 11-year-old boy who enjoys cycling. One day, as usual, he went out with his friend to explore the mountains of San Carlos, his hometown. This time he would not run with luck, because he fell and hit himself with the bicycle, which generated a bacterium in his left foot.
When he entered the Children's Hospital of San Vicente Foundation had to be operated immediately. "The first days of hospitalization were very difficult because he was very down," says Cristina, his mother. However, when he learned the magic of the Hospitaller's Classroom, he discovered a world full of colors, learning and adventures that changed his stay in the Hospital and his life.
Now, Cristobal without a doubt visits the Hospitaller's Classroom and enjoys all the activities that we offer there to sick children. Thanks to the donations received, so far in 2018 we have treated 3702 hospitalized children in this magical place.
