1. Project Summary

4. Challenges Faced
The project continues to face several challenges:
Limited availability of medicines and medical supplies
High demand for healthcare services compared to available resources
Financial constraints affecting patients’ ability to complete full treatment plans
Despite these challenges, the hospital staff and project team worked together to prioritize urgent cases and maintain service delivery.
5. Lessons Learned
Consistent availability of basic supplies significantly improves patient outcomes
Early treatment and follow-up reduce complications and repeat visits
Strong collaboration with local healthcare workers is essential for effective service delivery
6. Next Steps
In the coming months, the project plans to:
Continue supporting essential healthcare services at the hospital
Strengthen maternal and child health activities
Improve access to basic medicines and diagnostic support
Monitor patient outcomes and service quality more closely.
7. Acknowledgement
