FAR’s Hotline – A Bridge to Rights and Assistance for People in Need
Imagine being in an unfamiliar country, without a home, without support, and with no idea how to move forward. For thousands of refugees, migrants, and asylum seekers, this hotline is their first and most vital chance to receive help, information, and support.
FAR’s Hotline is not just a phone line—it is a voice of hope, a helping hand, and a bridge to a more dignified life. Every call represents a chance for change. Every piece of advice is a step toward a future with more security and hope.
The Hotline of the Foundation for Access to Rights (FAR) is an indispensable tool for supporting asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants. By providing timely and accurate information in Bulgarian, English, Arabic, Pashto, Farsi, and Ukrainian, our experts help people in need every day. This support has been made possible thanks to your generosity and solidarity.
Through the hotline, migrants, asylum seekers, and stateless individuals gain access to fundamental rights, referrals to lawyers from our team, or connections to the service providers they need. Since September 2024, we have supported over 500 individuals, providing them with information and guidance to overcome the daily challenges they face in Bulgaria.
New Opportunities for Support – Employment Assistance
In recent months, we have been actively developing our employment platform, believing that refugees and asylum seekers not only need help but can also contribute to society with their talents, skills, and experience.
The hotline now directs people in need to our employment mediator, helping them find jobs and start building a new life. Employment not only provides financial stability but also enables these individuals to actively participate in the economy and social life, contributing to the development of local communities.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to showcase their potential, and their efforts and knowledge can be a valuable resource for our society. Together, we can build a world where everyone has a role and a place!
