Now our organization helps people in Kherson and Nikolaiv regions.
Representatives of the Beryslav, Kherson and Bashtanska mobile teams, due to the destroyed administrative buildings in the villages, are often forced to work in poorly lit rooms that are not very suitable for this, or, in the absence of such, in the open air near the homes of the residents of the villages.During the Teams' activities, air alarms or explosions often sound, which greatly complicates their work. This forces representatives of mobile brigades and local residents to hide in safe places.
As before, one of the most acute problems remains the security situation in the region, due to which the project's mobile teams are facing many difficulties during the reporting period. Under constant shelling, aerial alarms, monitoring drones, overcoming bad roads, representatives of our mobile teams reach the settlements of the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions. Especially all of the above, of course, applies to the Beryslav district of the Kherson region. Representatives of the Beryslav mobile team, due to the work of enemy reconnaissance drones, are still forced to resort to camouflage and concealment of vehicles when working on the road to populated areas, as well as to use only the dark hours of the day to go to populated areas: the departure begins at 5 in the morning, and after working in the settlement, the team workers wait for dusk to return home.
Our organization actively cooperates with the affected settlements in the Khersonsky, Bashtansky and Beryslavsky districts, providing humanitarian, psychological and medical assistance, as well as constantly informs about all available feedback channels, regularly conducts surveys and meetings with the public to assess the effectiveness of our measures and identifying new needs.
All requests for help and requests for information, we strive to consider promptly and efficiently, providing clear channels of interaction. Any received complaints or requests for help or information are discussed by the internal team, and a person responsible for implementation is appointed. We are making every effort to quickly and adequately resolve the situation for the benefit of the affected citizens.
