The Houston Scholarship Fund (HSF) was established to provide financial support for educational fees for children and young adults who have little or no support from family. The fund seeks to help girls and young women who are challenged by discrimination and oppression and are more at risk for trafficking, early marriage and future poverty due to these challenges.
