F SSIBU Mission Foundation – Uganda is pleased to report that, over two consecutive days, we successfully provided meals to 150 pupils from different schools within our community as they undertook their final Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), which officially concluded today.
The examination period is an important milestone in every child’s educational journey. However, for many pupils from vulnerable households, access to adequate meals remains a challenge that can affect their concentration, comfort and overall examination experience.
Through the generosity of our donors and supporters on GlobalGiving, we were able to provide meals throughout the two examination days. This intervention helped ensure that the participating pupils had access to food as they concentrated on completing their examinations and pursuing their educational goals.
We recognize that supporting children’s education goes beyond paying school fees and providing learning materials. Addressing basic needs, including food and nutrition, is equally important in creating an environment where children can attend school, participate meaningfully and achieve their potential.
Our sincere appreciation goes to every donor and supporter who made this initiative possible. Your generosity has contributed to the wellbeing of these 150 pupils and strengthened our commitment to keeping children in school and promoting equal opportunities to education.
As the examinations come to an end, we congratulate all the pupils for their determination and commitment throughout this journey. We look forward to seeing them progress to the next level of their education.
Thank you for investing in children’s education, wellbeing and future. Together, we are making a meaningful difference in the lives of children in our communities.
