For a teenage mother, becoming a parent at a young age can change the direction of her life overnight. Many face interrupted education, financial hardship, stigma, and the overwhelming responsibility of caring for a child while still needing support themselves.
This term, F SSIBU Mission Foundation is working to help teenage mothers reconnect with education and create new pathways toward a more secure future. Where possible, we support young mothers to return to school or continue educational opportunities that can strengthen their knowledge, confidence, and prospects.
We believe motherhood should not permanently close the door to education.
Our support recognizes that teenage mothers need more than encouragement. They need practical assistance, mentorship, emotional support, life skills, and opportunities that respond to the realities they face. By helping a young mother continue learning, we are also strengthening the future of her child.
Education can give a teenage mother the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions, pursue opportunities, and become better equipped to support her family.
Donor support can help us reach more young mothers who are determined to rebuild their lives but lack the resources to do so.
When you invest in the education of a teenage mother, you are investing in two generations—the young woman rebuilding her future and the child growing up under her care.
