Teenage mothers often face challenges that extend beyond financial hardship. Interrupted education, social stigma, emotional distress, limited knowledge about available opportunities, and the responsibilities of parenting can significantly affect their confidence and future choices.
F SSIBU Mission Foundation provides mentorship and personal development opportunities designed to help young mothers regain confidence, identify realistic goals, and make informed decisions about their futures.
Through structured mentorship, participants can receive guidance on education, reproductive health, parenting, personal development, vocational opportunities, entrepreneurship, and responsible decision-making. These sessions create supportive spaces where young mothers can learn, ask questions, share experiences, and develop practical plans for their lives.
Mentorship is strengthened by connecting young mothers to tangible opportunities. We encourage participants to pursue education, vocational training, digital skills, and livelihood development so that the knowledge gained through mentorship can translate into meaningful action.
Our approach is grounded in dignity and empowerment. We do not define young mothers by their circumstances. Instead, we focus on their potential and work to create opportunities through which they can develop their abilities and make positive choices.
Donor support helps provide facilitators, training resources, mentorship sessions, and continued engagement with vulnerable young mothers.
By investing in mentorship, donors help young mothers move from uncertainty toward informed decision-making, renewed confidence, and greater opportunity.
