*This project will support 200 Roma (Roma IDPs and Roma with disabilities), who live in Odessa region in Ukraine. The main problem is war with discrimination of Roma. A problem is Roma, Roma IDPs and Roma with disabilities face discrimination in receiving of humanitarian aid (food boxes, water and hygienic products). It is because city/villages administrations discriminates them. *Fund Chiricli plans to deliver food boxes and give psychological help to Roma communities.
A problem is Roma communities are living out of cities and without state services. Only some of the communities are located inside of towns. A problem that Roma communities face discrimination because of negative stereotype. Society will need numbers of years to change their attitude to Roma people. Now Ukraine has a war with Russia. Discrimination of Roma people became stronger. City/villages councils do not spread humanitarian help to Roma because of social negative stereotype.
This project will help Roma, Roma IDPs and Roma with disabilities to be set, warm and full. Project will help also children who are hungry and cold in communities. Besides, Roma with disabilities will also receive food boxes, clean water and hygienic products. Thus, they all can survive in the time of war.
Fund plans to help about 200 women and young ladies during 4 next years. They will have trainings and online art therapy trainings. This will help them avoid poverty working in cities after studying.
