Dear Supporters,
Our Hypertension & Heart Disease Care project is focused on improving the prevention, early detection, and management of cardiovascular conditions in Ghana. Hypertension and heart disease are growing health concerns, often going undiagnosed until serious complications arise. Many individuals face challenges such as limited access to screening, medication, and consistent medical care.
At this time, we have not yet received donations for this project. However, we continue to raise awareness about the importance of regular health checks, healthy lifestyles, and early intervention to reduce the risk of severe outcomes.
We remain committed to supporting individuals with access to information, screening, and care to improve heart health across communities. Thank you for helping ensure that no one faces health challenges alone.
