At the CRAN Foundation, care for adults is a fundamental part of the direct attention we provide to our children and adolescents. For this reason, we promote spaces where topics such as mental health, emotional intelligence, assertive communication, and self-care habits are addressed. The aim is to foster a healthy organizational culture, where adults feel valued, and the importance of their role is highlighted, contributing to stress reduction and disease prevention.
For the above reasons, we work with caregiver adults in prevention and care workshops within the family environment, then at school and in the community, focusing on values such as respect and equality. Similarly, this is replicated in the care of children, girls, and adolescents
