Objectives
Strengthen the capacities of professional teams and caregivers working with abused and vulnerable children by providing specialized and up-to-date training to ensure comprehensive care that is sensitive to the children's needs.
Reduce the average duration of the rights restoration processes for children served at CRAN by implementing efficient and coordinated measures.
Establish a continuous monitoring and evaluation system based on CRAN's caregiver competency matrix to measure and improve the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary, always aiming to promote the best interests of the child.
Beneficiaries
180 children under protection residing at Fundación CRAN each year while efforts are made to restore their right to have a loving and caring family.
50 CRAN staff members involved in their care.
